- Helpdesk with problem ticket system and knowledge database (located in the customer area after a login to this web site)
- Remote support (via NetViewer or any customer individual remote connection type)
- Mailing via the customer support email address
- Phone calls directly with the customer support

Inquiries with business and operational focus are managed by the consultants in the
particular subsidiary directly in contact with the customer.
