Strategy Map
Cause-Effect/Strategy Maps are arguably the most important contribution of the Balanced Scorecard philosophy. By creating a shared conceptual 'hypothesis of success' that visualizes and communicates the strategic priorities and their inter-relationships across the full value-creation chain (e.g. from key internal company processes to the final financial result) they act as a focal points for decision-making on all levels.
The Cause-Effect function in the SBS module enables the user to create detailed cause-effect or process-maps that are linked to, and can be used to navigate the scorecard.
