1st January 2003:
Merger of Stadtsparkasse Hannover and Kreissparkasse Hannover into Sparkasse Hannover; making it the fifth-largest in Germany with a capital of Euro 14.3bn, 3,300 employees, 134 branches, 42 centers and 750,000 clients.

The client's needs:
  • Consistent presentation of Balanced Scorecard logic
  • Independent BSC Solution of extension of planning and reporting software
  • Local usability, web front-end and supporting multiple languages

Implementation by PROCOS Germany:
  • Support of installation and server administration
  • Implementation of existing Human Resources, Business Clients, Private Clients, Real Estate Clients and Market Service Scorecards, as well as Top-level Scorecard
  • Creation of authorization structure of key user groups
  • Training of the members of the board of directors, user and administrators
  • Creation of interface to Data Warehouse (Oracle) using DIMEX
