Local sales organization and division of Schwarz Pharma AG with 210 employees (of which 150 external) and sales of 59.0 m Euro in 2002.

The client's needs:
  • A single financial control instrument for all departments and organizational functions
  • A tool for the multi-dimensional analysis of data/structures with a greater level of 'analytical granularity' (periods, analytical criteria)
  • An integrated analysis (sales, costs, margins) for various logical dimensions (products, channels)
  • A command center for the manager
  • A much more efficient and integrated budgeting/forecasting tool (also on the level of organizational functions)
    • Enable easy forecasting and support for running simulations
    • Provide an analysis/forecasting tool for marketing
    • Enable a top-down approach for certain planning phases
    • Ensure better coherence in data and management of the budgeting/reporting process
