The technical support is offered to all customers with a valid maintenance contract. All STRATandGO™ applications are attended by the PROCOS customer support.

  • Helpdesk with problem ticket system and knowledge database (located in the customer area after a login to this web site)
  • Remote support (via NetViewer or any customer individual remote connection type)
  • Mailing via the customer support email address
  • Phone calls directly with the customer support

The Customer Support Hotline is available from Monday to Friday, 8.00 am - 5 pm. (Standard Time Zone: UTC/GMT +1 hour).

Inquiries with business and operational focus are managed by the consultants in the
subsidiary directly in contact with the customer.
